Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching is led by myself (Ryan Eckert) and consists of individualized, sport-specific coaching for endurance athletes competing in single-sport or multi-sport events. There are three tiers of performance coaching, of which those three tiers include:

Tier 1 - Basic Sport-Specific Coaching

  1. Comprehensive training plan with monthly updates delivered via TrainingPeaks

    • goal setting + individualized training plan

    • athletes required to set up a free Training Peaks account if they do not already have one

  2. Basic nutrition guidance

    • I am not a Registered Dietitian, so I can only provide general nutrition guidance​

  3. Monthly 30-60-min consult/check-ins on progress and goals

    • conducted via in-person meeting, video chat, or phone call

  4. A 20% discount on all other supplementary coaching services (e.g., private or small group swim coaching, strength & conditioning)

  5. Unlimited access to myself via emailand/or text message

Tier 2 - Intermediate Sport-Specific Coaching

  1. Comprehensive training plan with weekly updates delivered via TrainingPeaks

    • goal setting + individualized training plan

    • athletes required to set up a free Training Peaks account if they do not already have one

  2. Basic nutrition guidance

    • I am not a Registered Dietitian, so I can only provide general nutrition guidance​

  3. Weekly consult/check-ins on progress and goals

    • conducted via weekly video updates and text-message

    • formal in-person meeting, video chat, or phone call conducted 1x/month in order to discuss progress

  4. A 20% discount on all other supplementary coaching services (e.g., private or small group swim coaching)

  5. Unlimited access to myself via emailand/or text message

Tier 3 - Advanced Sport-Specific Coaching

  1. Comprehensive training plan with weekly updates delivered via TrainingPeaks

    • goal setting + individualized training plan

    • athletes required to set up a free Training Peaks account if they do not already have one

  2. Monthly (1x/month), one-on-one, 60-min strength & conditioning session

    • individualized instruction and guidance during a sport-specific strength & conditioning  session 

  3. Basic nutrition guidance

    • I am not a Registered Dietitian, so I can only provide general nutrition guidance​

  4. Weekly consult/check-ins on progress and goals

    • conducted via weekly video updates and text-message/phone call

    • formal in-person meeting or video chat conducted 1x/month in order to discuss progress

  5. A 20% discount on all other supplementary coaching services (e.g., private or small group swim coaching)

  6. Unlimited access to myself via emailand/or text message
