Private Strength & Conditioning consists of a month-to-month, individualized journey in which you will be guided through goal setting, an individualized training plan, and regular progress assessments as it relates to you and your goals and needs. 1. Passionate Private Strength & Conditioning Package Price: $300/month - 4x/month, 60-min individualized S&C session(s), including a warm-up, main set, and cool-down to facilitate sport-specific strength and mobility - comprehensive training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks (basic TrainingPeaks membership included) - monthly goal setting and check-in on progress - unlimited communication via text-message and email - Peak Endurance Solutions branded hat - 20% discount on Peak Endurance Solutions camps/clinics held throughout the year - access to team discounts through sponsors and partners (e.g., ROKA, Jakroo apparel, Q Swimwear, etc.) 2. Dedicated Private Strength & Conditioning Package Price: $175/month - 2x/month, 60-min individualized S&C session(s), including a warm-up, main set, and cool-down to facilitate sport-specific strength and mobility - comprehensive training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks (basic TrainingPeaks membership included) - monthly goal setting and check-in on progress - unlimited communication via text-message and email - Peak Endurance Solutions branded hat - 20% discount on Peak Endurance Solutions camps/clinics held throughout the year - access to team discounts through sponsors and partners (e.g., ROKA, Jakroo apparel, Q Swimwear, etc.) 3.
