Swim Stroke Video Analysis

Service Description

This is a 60-minute session in which we will sit down and discuss your swim-specific goals followed by capturing under-water and above-water footage of your swim stroke. We will then send you a one-page PDF report containing 1) a summary of your swim stroke strengths, 2) a summary of your swim stroke areas for improvement, 3) a link to a detailed video analysis of your swim stroke mechanics and technique, and 4) links to drills that will help to improve your identified areas for improvement within your stroke. Pricing: $100 Note: All payments are made in full up via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo
