Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning is led by myself (Ryan Eckert) and consists of individualized resistance training sessions aimed at improving overall strength and power while addressing athlete-specific needs to better prepare them for the demands of their sport and increasing resiliency to injury. The following is included in a Strength & Conditioning session:

  1. 60-minute, one-on-one, individualized strength and conditioning session:

    • 10-15-minute warm-up, including dynamic stretching and myofascial release 

    • 30-40-minute main set (focusing on endurance, strength, or power development)

    • 10-15-minute cool-down, including static stretching and relaxation exercises
