3rd Annual Tri in the Pines: One-Day Training Escape for Charity

Join Peak Endurance Solutions and Outreach Theraplay in a fun-filled day swimming, biking, and running up in the beautiful pines of Flagstaff. This is the 3rd Annual Tri in the Pines and is sure to be just as big of a success as it was the prior years after raising over $800 for Outreach Theraplay in both years we have held this event. Outreach Theraplay is a non-profit dedicated to providing sustainable and diverse play opportunities for people of all abilities (https://outreachtheraplay.org). The schedule of events is as follows:

7:30-8:15 am: arrive, check-in, and get in wetsuits/swim gear

8:15-8:30 am: introduction

8:30-9:15 am: open water swim in Lake Mary

9:15-9:45 am: transition from open water to cycling gear

9:45-11:45 pm: group ride along Lake Mary Rd. (22-mile option: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/29765469 and 35-mile option: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/29765455)

11:45-12:15 pm: transition into run gear

12:15-12:45 pm: group run off the bike along Lake Mary Rd. (~30 minutes)

1:00-1:30 pm: regroup and raffle drawing

Registration is completed online and is $20. Your $20 registration automatically gets you 4 raffle tickets ($5/ticket). Additional raffle tickets can be purchased on site for $5 for each raffle ticket via PayPal or cash.
