Don't leave race day details up to chance. This Race Day Checklist provides a comprehensive list of items that the majority of triathletes will need for most types of triathlon events. Feel free to download this document and print it out to use leading into your next race. Personally, I like to sit down with this document as well as the Race Day Goal Setting and Planning document after I have gone to packet pick-up for a particular race (which is usually a day or two before the event. It is at this point in time that all physical preparations are done and I can shift my focus to preparing mentally and logistically for race day, and these documents help me do that in standardized way for every race I take part in.
